On Saturday, November 13, 2010 all Surf Taco locations will be hosting a fundraiser for the Pfc. Vincent M. Frassetto Memorial Scholarship Fund.  Pfc. Vincent M. Frassetto grew up in Silverton, but was killed in Al Anbar province in Iraq on September 7, 2006.  His family has created a scholarship in his name that gets awarded to one Toms River North student each year.

Surf Taco welcomes Pepper with specials guest Brother Ali and Pour Habit to the Starland Ballroom on Saturday October 16, 2010.  Pepper was formed in Kailua-Kona on the Big Island of Hawaii in 1997.  Their music is a mix of rock and mellow island rhythm, listen to it here.  Their new album “Stitches” is due out October 12, 2010!

On Thursday, July 1st from 4 to 8 PM Surf Taco will be catering a free community event at T&T Coast on Rt. 35 in Sea Girt. There will be activities for kids, give-aways every half hour, a live band , spirits, and of course Surf Taco!  We hope to see you there!

Surf Taco Manasquan is hosting Open Mic Night every Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM.  Everyone is welcome to come experience the good food, good people, good vibe and good tunes!

Recently, the staff of Surf Taco in Manasquan went to Nightmare: Vampires!  The haunted house was full of vampires, strobe lights, and scary monsters.  You even had to go through a few tunnels to get to the next room. Overall it was a great outing for the staff.  Check out the pictures.
